SALVATORE J. GIAMPAPA

Mr. Giampapa is a co-founder of Ianieri, Giampapa & Co., PC which was formed in November of 1990.

Mr. Giampapa has over 46 years of experience in providing tax, accounting, auditing, and consulting services. His experience includes special investigations, contract compliance, audits and construction claims audits involving highway/bridge projects. His construction audit responsibilities have included verifying cost accounting methods, assessing the reasonableness of claimed damages, interpreting accounting data, and verifying standards of practice. Mr. Giampapa has headed several construction audit teams across a wide range of transportation and infrastructure projects.

Mr. Giampapa is active in general practice and provides accounting, auditing and tax consulting services to privately owned companies and their executives. In addition, he counsels clients on financing and development programs for their businesses. Mr. Giampapa also lectures professional peer groups on many tax issues and performs Defense Contract Audits.

Prior to co-founding Ianieri, Giampapa & Co., PC, Mr. Giampapa was Tax Manager with Margolis & Company, where he was responsible for the firm's entire Tax Department. His responsibilities included tax planning and compliance for engagement clients and interfacing with owners and top management.
As Tax Manager with Mahoney Cohen & Co., PC, Mr. Giampapa was responsible for tax planning and compliance for engagement clients and interfacing with owners and top management.

Mr. Giampapa received a B.A. degree in accounting at Queens College, City University of New York, in 1980. He is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.

GERALD IANIERI

Mr. Ianieri, President, is a co-founder of Ianieri, Giampapa & Co., PC which was formed in November of 1990.

Mr. Ianieri is active in general practice and provides accounting, auditing and tax consulting services to privately owned companies and their executives. In addition, he counsels clients on financing and development programs for their businesses.

Before co-founding the Firm, Mr. Ianieri was an auditing and accounting manager at Margolis & Company, PC, a Philadelphia medium sized CPA firm for over ten years. His responsibilities involved a number of small to large clients in a variety of businesses, as well as supervising numerous jobs which included audits, reviews and compilations reporting, and has performed Defense Contract Audits.

Prior to that, he was a Controller with Mass Brothers, Inc., of Pennsauken, NJ, for a period of seven years - a regional wholesale distributor of health and beauty aids. His responsibilities included managing the staff which performed all financial activities for the company including accounting and administrative duties.

Prior to Mass Brothers he was employed by a variety of regional Certified Public Accounting firms, to which he provided a full range of services to closely held businesses, for period of eight years.
Mr. Ianieri received a B.A. degree in accounting at Philadelphia College of Textile, in 1970. He is a member of the Pennsylvania State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
